Privacy Policy for LingoPath

Last Updated: March 26, 2026

Studio Erendiz built the LingoPath app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Studio Erendiz and is intended for use "as is."

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

LingoPath is designed to respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. All your learning progress, scores, streaks, and unlocked badges are stored locally on your device (using Apple's standard local storage). If you delete the app, this local data will be deleted as well.

2. Speech Recognition and Microphone Data

LingoPath uses your device's microphone and Apple's native Speech Recognition technology to evaluate your pronunciation. The audio data recorded during speaking exercises is processed securely on your device or sent directly to Apple's servers by the operating system for transcription purposes only. We do not intercept, record, store, or have access to your voice data.

3. Analytics and Crash Reports

We may receive anonymous, aggregated data via Apple's opt-in analytics services (App Store Connect). This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to find bugs and improve the app's performance.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since all data is stored locally, we do not hold any personal data of any user, including children.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
