Privacy Policy - Magic Sphere

Last Updated: October 29, 2026

Magic Sphere ("the App") is a mystical divination and entertainment application developed by Studio Erendiz. Protecting your privacy and securing your personal space is our fundamental principle.

1. Information Collection and Use

Magic Sphere does not collect, store, or sell any personal data that directly identifies you, such as your full name, phone number, physical address, or contacts.

The app does not require account creation, sign-up, or social logins.

2. Oracle (AI) Mode & Ephemeral Processing

When you whisper an inquiry to the Oracle in AI Mode:

Your submitted question is processed securely via encrypted HTTPS solely to generate your dynamic prophecy.
Zero-permission ambient cues (device time, battery level, and general city/weather derived from your IP) are used ephemerally to weave poetic metaphors.
These inputs are never stored in persistent databases, never logged for profiling, and are discarded immediately after generation.

3. In-App Purchases & StoreKit 2

All credit purchases are processed directly by Apple through StoreKit 2. Your payment information and billing data are managed exclusively by Apple; Studio Erendiz never has access to your payment credentials.

4. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
