We strictly follow the "Made for Kids" guidelines provided by Apple. We do not collect, store, share, or sell any personal information from our users.
Our app offers In-App Purchases (IAP) to unlock additional content. All transactions are handled directly by Apple via the App Store. We (the developer) do not have access to your credit card information, billing details, or Apple ID.
To ensure a safe environment for children, any external links (such as "Rate Us" or "Privacy Policy") and In-App Purchases are protected by a Parental Gate. This requires a parent or guardian to solve a challenge (e.g., a math problem) before accessing these features, preventing children from accidentally leaving the app or making purchases.
Snap Spell is completely ad-free. We do not show any third-party advertisements within the app.
Our app is designed to be compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe for children (GDPR-K). Since we do not collect any personal data, we naturally adhere to the principles of data minimization and privacy by default.
